After treatment
How you might feel afterwards
Most people feel fine or looser straight away. Some short-lived effects are normal. Placeholder copy to be checked against Nicci's usual client advice.
Common and short-lived
- Mild tenderness or a "worked" feeling in the treated areas for a day or two
- Feeling tired or very relaxed for the rest of the day
- Slight bruising after deeper work or needling, in some people
- Feeling a bit lightheaded right after the session, briefly
What helps
- Drink water and avoid a very hard training session that same day
- Gentle movement rather than sitting still for hours
- Warmth on any tender spots if it feels good
